Abstract Submission

Original research projects can be submitted for presentation at the Cheselden Annual Scientific Meeting. Abtracts can be submitted via Oxford Abstracts at the link below. Maximum word count will be 300 words and should consist of the following format: Background; Objectives; Methods; Results; Conclusion.

Abstract submission has now closed. All presenters have now been informed if their abstract has been accepted for podium or poster presentation. Abstract submissions for the 2025 meeting will open in February 2025.

Presentations on the day will consist of a 5 minute podium presentation with 2 minutes of questioning. Presentations will be given in PowerPoint (.ppt) format with a maximum of 10 slides.

Poster presentations will be A1 format in vertical orientation. Posters should be hung during registration and breakfast and taken down by the close of the meeting at 17:00. Posters left at this time will be discarded. Our scientific panel will perform floor walks of the poster displays during the refreshment breaks to assess.

Prizes for the best podium presentation and best poster presentation will be awarded during the evening dinner.
